Hi my name is Cara, I love to spend time doing all things that bring me joy and connection to myself such as dancing, singing, yoga, outdoor activities, energy work and practicing shamanism. I hold deep respect for elements the earth, water, fire and air. One of my favorite things to do is spend time with my family and building memories with them. As well as have healthy family communications.
Over my lifetime, my personal experiences have brought me time to explore every avenue of holistic healing that spoke to me. These gains of knowledge have prompted me to incorporate my passions into my profession. For over 15 years I have been a certified yoga teacher and energy practitioner (reiki) and gained the following workshops in Harville Hendrix Imago relationship work, group work and training, online courses ,training and workshops in conscious couples work, shadow/ego work, inner child work, therapeutic somatic practices, nervous system breath work , and research in the Satir family systems, and attachment styles, all of which I practice daily and weekly. As a guide who facilitates others in their own inner healing journey I feel it is important to have daily healing practices and rituals that I incorporate into my life and forever continue my own inner work. I feel we all need to integrate our truths and feel authentic and whole.
Many blessings to all and I hope you find the courage to stay anchored in your own inner healing and make yourself a priority. My intention is that we all heal emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
